1. We are a consulting firm specializing in business advisory services for leading corporates, private equity funds, institutional investors, startups, and MSME. Our Services include mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and Transaction Advisory, Corporate Advisory and Value Creation. These encompass expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investor relations management, post-merger integration, fundraising strategies, and strategic finance (“Services”).
2. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any Service at any time.

1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Website. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

2. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our Website.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services.
4. Upon termination of these Terms of Service, you shall immediately cease all use of and access to the Services.

1. Severability. Any provision in these Terms of Service which is prohibited, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
2. Amendment. Fundvice may modify or update this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion, including by posting the update on Fundvice’s website.
3. No Third-Party Rights. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Term of Service.
4. Force Majeure. In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any delay, hindrance, default or other failure to perform hereunder (except for a failure to pay fees for the Services) to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, any acts or omissions of any governmental authority, natural disaster, war, act of a public enemy, acts of terrorism, nation-state cyber-attacks and ransomware, riots, sabotage, pandemics or epidemics, labor strikes, power failure, delays in transportation or deliveries of supplies or materials, acts of God, or any other events beyond the Party’s control (each, a “Force Majeure Event”). For the avoidance of doubt, COVID-19, SARS, Ebola, H1N1, and other similar infectious diseases and outbreaks shall be considered a Force Majeure Event hereunder. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Fundvice may terminate these Terms of Service upon ten (10) days written notice to you in the event of any Force Majeure Event without penalty or liability.
5. Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Venue. These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any judicial action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be New Delhi, India, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
6. Notice. Any notice or communication required or permitted under these Terms of Service shall be in writing. Fundvice may provide you with notices at the email address provided by you or at the physical address (if any) provided. Notices may be provided to Fundvice at the mentioned address: UG-007, Tower-1, Assotech Business Cresterra, Sector 135, Noida- 201304. Physical notices shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee (a) if given by hand, immediately upon receipt; (b) if given by overnight courier service, the first business day following dispatch or (c) if given by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, the second business day after such notice is deposited in the mail. Email notices shall be deemed to have been received on the date of receipt of the email. In addition, any legal notices to Fundvice must be delivered to the following email address: corporate@fundvice.in, but, notwithstanding earlier receipt via email, legal notices will be deemed received when the physical notice is received (as set forth in preceding sentence).
7. Entire Agreement. These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Website and Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
