Fundvice is a consulting firm specializing in business advisory services for leading corporates, private equity funds, institutional investors, startups, and MSME, including but not limited to expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investor relations management, post-merger integration, fundraising strategies, and strategic finance.

1. Information collected automatically: Each time you visit the Sites, we may automatically collect certain types of information. Some examples of automatic information we may collect are as follows:
   • We may record your internet service provider’s address, your internet protocol or IP address, your MAC address, your operating system, the web page from which you came, your web browser software, the type of handheld or mobile device used to link to the web page, and the language and time zone settings on your web browser.
   • We may collect a record of your activity or your “clickstream” while visiting the Sites.

   • We may collect information that is publicly available on the internet to improve our Services. While we do not intentionally seek out personal information, we understand that there is personal information incidentally included in these datasets.
3. Combined information: Information you provide directly to Fundvice through our Site or while availing our Service, are collected automatically. The information you provide to Fundvice may also be combined with demographic and other information that is available from other sources in order to allow Fundvice to better communicate with you and enhance our customer experience and make relevant offers to you.

   • protect the rights and property of Fundvice and our agents, customers, and others, including to enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of service;

3. To our related companies: To our related companies to the extent such sharing is necessary to fulfil a request you have submitted via our Service or for customer management, customer support, technical operations, or the purposes described above.

We retain your personal information where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. In certain circumstances, we will retain your information for legal reasons after our contractual relationship has ended. The specific retention periods depend on the nature of the information and why it is collected and processed, and the nature of the legal requirement.    • You have given us your explicit consent to process that data;
   • We are required by law to process that data;

No transfer of your personal information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

If you reside outside India and choose to provide information to Fundvice, please note that we transfer the data, including personal information, to India and process it there. Your consent to this Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 18 without prior verifiable parental consent. If Fundvice learns that a child under the age of 18 has submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, it will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).

1. Your rights: You may have the following rights in relation to your personal information, subject to applicable law and verification of your identity:
   • You may have the right to request to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, subject to certain applicable legal exceptions and/or our obligations towards third party.
   • If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to corporate@fundvice.in clearly specifying the consent you wish to withdraw and the purposes affected. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on other lawful grounds.
   • The right to submit certain privacy requests through an authorized agent.
   • The right to be free from discrimination for exercising the rights afforded to you under applicable privacy laws.
   • In order to protect your personal information, your ability to exercise some of the rights detailed in this Policy may be subject to your ability to verify that you are the person about whom your request pertains.
   • To exercise your rights using an authorized agent (as defined under applicable law), you must provide your authorized agent with written permission to exercise your rights on your behalf, and we may request a copy of this written permission from your authorized agent when they make a request on your behalf. We reserve the right to deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.
